INTRODUCTION
IELTS with Charles was established in 2018 and has helped thousands of students to achieve their IELTS targets. We focus on providing excellent quality teaching combined with up-to-date materials and strategies to help students feel more confident about English.
JOB TYPE: Part-time
JOB DUTIES
- Teaching 1-1 or groups of 2-20 students according to the methods and textbooks provided. The usual class size is between 10-15 students.
- Taking care of and motivating students to achieve their IELTS goals and dream results.
- Recording, commenting and reporting students’ learning progress to the Academic Department and regularly giving feedback to students.
- Willingness to participate in marketing (TikTok, YouTube content, pictures) and training activities as assigned by the management team.
- Updating teaching materials.
- Assisting in conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable classes for students.
- Performing some other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (Vietnamese immigration policy).
- Undergraduate degree (BA or equivalent / higher).
- CELTA, TESOL or equivalent recognized entry-level qualification to teach English as a Foreign/Second Language.
- IELTS certification is a plus.
- Experience: No previous teaching experience is essential because the company will provide extensive training. However, having teaching experience is an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and confident personality.
- Strong desire to contribute to the learning and progress of students.
- Dedicated to going the extra mile and striving for excellent feedback from students.
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback.

WORKING TIME
Teaching time from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Every Monday to Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday: optional
