NATIVE IELTS SPEAKING TEACHER – Ho Chi Minh City

INTRODUCTION: 

IELTS with Charles was established in 2018 and has helped thousands of students to achieve their IELTS targets. We focus on providing excellent quality teaching combined with up-to-date materials and strategies to help students feel more confident about English.

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME

JOB DUTIES:

• Teaching 1-1 or groups of 2-20 students according to the methods and textbooks provided. The usual class size is between 8-15 students.
• Taking care of and motivating students to achieve their IELTS goals and dream results.
• Willingness to teach young students Flyers, KET and PET (will be trained)
• Recording, commenting and reporting students’ learning progress to the Academic Department and regularly giving feedback to students.
• Willingness to participate in marketing (TikTok, YouTube content, pictures) and training activities as assigned by the management team.
• Updating teaching materials.
• Assisting in conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable classes for students.
• Performing some other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
• Undergraduate degree (BA or equivalent / higher).
• CELTA, TESOL or equivalent recognized entry-level qualification to teach English as a Foreign/Second Language.
• IELTS certification is a plus.
• Experience: The company will provide extensive training. However, having teaching experience is an advantage.

WORKING TIME:

• Teaching time from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Every Monday to Thursday
• Saturday and Sunday: Afternoon, when requested

At least 10 hours/week
